How are our case studies created?
Using a customer issue as a basis, our case studies on cloud computing and cybersecurity show that through collaboration, creative solutions can be found for any type of challenge our customers might face. These actions lead to innovative solutions, involving infrastructure improvements that deliver increased power, scalability, or higher cost savings.
We take care to select unusual challenges to demonstrate the importance of collaboration, initiative and disruption in our search for solutions for - and with - our customers.

What is the difference between an IT case study and a use case?
Whereas our IT case studies highlight a customer issue that has been resolved by one or more of our solutions, a use case will explain one of the many possible uses for our products. A customer may have already dealt with an issue you are currently facing, and the solution to this may be found in one of our many case studies on cloud computing or cybersecurity, for example. If, on the other hand, you would like to find out more about the possible applications of one of our solutions, there may already be a use case for it.
What is the difference between a case study and a Focus of the Month?
Every month, OVHcloud discusses a topical issue and rounds up the key information, so you can form your own opinion. Big data, open sourcing, IT contributor ecosystem: we tell you everything in the Focus of the Month. In our case studies on cybersecurity and cloud computing, you can get a behind-the-scenes view of how to solve an IT customer problem.
What is the difference between a case study and a customer highlight?
Our case studies focus on a customer issue that is resolved with our solutions. They are technical, and walk through the process of solving a problem with a specific, documented example. A customer highlight showcases a relationship with a specific customer. This could be a long-time customer, a startup that has grown with us, or a customer that has celebrated new successes as a result of our relationship. Thanks to our customers’ testimonials, a customer highlight allows us to present the achievements, successes, developments and partnerships made possible through this relationship.
